However, it also meant a great deal of effort to get materials and tools to the property, adding time and “sweat” to the renovation process.

We purchased the flat on the open market with a specific goal: to find a buyer who wanted a second home in Scotland and was keen to be involved in the design process.

Our team started by making a significant change to the flat’s layout, repurposing two existing cupboards to create a small toilet and a dedicated laundry room. This provided the home with two essential and highly sought-after amenities without compromising on space.

They were able to work with us to select every detail, including the kitchen and bathroom designs, flooring, interior colours, and doors.
