Before we visit, we carry out detailed research using local market data, comparable property sales, and our internal database of Scottish property performance. This means we arrive informed — not guessing.
We arrange a visit to assess the property in detail. We do not rely on photographs or remote assessments — I visit every property myself. The aim is to understand both the current state and the opportunity.
Following the visit, we provide a clear position — not a vague indication. Everything is set out in writing within 24 hours so you know exactly where you stand and what the options are.
Once agreed, we move quickly and professionally through the legal process. Our aim is to remove friction and deliver a smooth transaction to timetables that we both agree to — not to the pace of whoever is slowest in the chain.
