I'm Stewart Thomson, a Glasgow-based property developer and investor with over 24 years' experience in the Scottish property market.
My background combines a degree in Town and Regional Planning from Dundee, a career as a Royal Navy officer, and hands-on experience delivering residential and commercial property projects across Glasgow and the Central Belt.
Today, I focus on sourcing, refurbishing and delivering high-quality homes and investment opportunities — with a particular focus on properties that require significant internal upgrading or full back-to-brick renovation.

My route into
property was
not conventional.
After studying Town and Regional Planning at Dundee, I served as an officer in the Royal Navy — operating in high-pressure environments where decision-making, accountability and leadership were non-negotiable.
Following that, I worked in the financial sector before becoming a full-time property developer and investor.
That experience now underpins how I operate in property: structured, decisive, and focused on execution. The discipline required in the Navy, combined with the analytical thinking from a finance career and the planning knowledge from Dundee, gives a different perspective to how projects are assessed, managed and delivered.
